Actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked by a suspected intruder at his residence in Bandra, Mumbai on January 16. The actor suffered six injuries, including a spinal injury, and is currently recovering. Meanwhile, his son Ibrahim Ali Khan has postponed the shooting of his ongoing film Diler.

Sources told India Today Digital, “The shooting of Maddock’s Diler was going on. It has been stopped after the attack on Saif. Srilala is also in the film. It is being directed by Kunal Deshmukh. “Ibrahim wants to stay with his father until he comes home and makes a full recovery,” the source said.

Ibrahim, along with Sara Ali Khan, has been visiting Saif in the hospital at regular intervals.

Saif Ali Khan was stabbed at least six times by an unknown assailant who barged into his Mumbai home in an attempt to steal on Thursday.

Police have confirmed that the attacker, who has been identified, entered the house at around 2.30am through the fire escape in an attempt to rob the premises. However, the actor tried to intervene, during which the accused stabbed him.
