Robert Downey Jr. surprises fans with Easter egg, revealing key Marvel characters from Avengers: Doomsday. Eagle-eyed fans spotted Spider-Man and other superheroes.
Actor Robert Downey Jr. chose Easter Sunday to release a subtle teaser this year Avengers: DoomsdayArousing fresh enthusiasm among the fans. The actor took advantage of the holiday moment to hint at what’s to come and keep the mystery alive by acknowledging his highly anticipated return to the franchise.
Excitement is at its peak as fans are eager to finally see Robert Downey Jr. play the character of Doctor Doom. To mark Easter, he shared a photo on Instagram showing Doctor Doom holding a basket full of Easter eggs. The eggs contained symbols of several Marvel characters that could potentially appear in the film.

The basket was packed with nods to the MCU, including a blood-stained Captain America shield, Black Panther, and a cracked egg for the Avengers. Other nods include the X-Men, a crossed-out Fantastic Four logo, Namor and Shang-Chi. Eagle-eyed fans also spotted two different Spider-Man eggs, which immediately sent fans into a frenzy of theories about their part in the film.
YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani commented, “Ooh, I see a Spidey and Weird Easter egg.” “There are 2 spider eggs in there,” one fan wrote. Another fan commented, “Left to right: Dr. Strange, Ant Man, Namor, Black Panther, New Avengers, Captain America, X-Men, Shang Chi, Thor, Fantastic 4, Loki and Spider-Man (sic).”
Avengers: Doomsday Marks the fifth installment in the avenger Doctor Doom, portrayed by Downey Jr., makes his full debut after a cameo in the franchise Fantastic Four: First Steps. The film also sees the integration of the X-Men into the Marvel Cinematic Universe as well as the return of Captain America, played by Chris Evans.
A recent teaser of Avengers: Doomsday performed a crossover between Fantastic Four: First Steps characters and wakandians black panther. The teaser features Letitia Wright as Shuri, carrying out her duties to serve the kingdom of Wakanda alongside Winston Duke aka M’Baku and Tenoch Huerta Meza aka Namor. The video ends with Duke shaking hands with Ben Grimm, aka The Thing, played by Ebon Moss-Bachrach.
