Zendaya cleverly hinted at her engagement to Tom Holland at the 2025 Golden Globes; know how

Zendaya and Tom Holland’s engagement was confirmed by TMZ just hours after speculation began. The engagement sparked buzz when the Dune actress walked the Golden Globes red carpet wearing a diamond ring on her finger. However, the actress was careful not to spill any tea apparently.

The Euphoria actress wore a gorgeous orange Louis Vuitton gown and served up old Hollywood glamor with her short hair and heavy diamond necklace. But it was the ring that grabbed the headlines and made headlines.

However, when a media member inquired about the ring, Zendaya – who was nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy – dodged the topic.

According to the Los Angeles Times, “As Zendaya left the ballroom, a recently engaged Times reporter grabbed her left ring finger and pointed it at her.” In response, the actress showed off her bling on the finger of her left hand while making some waves.

When the outlet asked if she was engaged, Zedaya remained silent but “kept showing off her ring, smiling shyly and shrugging her shoulders mysteriously.” Additionally, details of her ring were not included in the Bvlgari press release, while her other jewelry was mentioned.

The engagement ring appears to be Jessica McCormack’s 5.02-carat East-West Cushion Diamond Button Back Ring, as its design is listed on the brand’s official website.

As TMZ reports, the Uncharted actor proposed to Zendaya “between Christmas and New Year” and the setting was extremely “romantic and intimate” and took place at the actress’ family home in the US.

Another source told People magazine that everyone close to the couple knew the proposal was coming. It also claimed that Holland had been eager to ask him this question for a long time. “He’s always been crazy about her. He always knew she was the one. There’s something very special about them,” the source said.
