Scene ‘Didi’ Comombs once again asked the judge to declare a misunderstanding in his ongoing sex trafficking trial. His legal team presented the request after a prominent witness, Bryna ‘Bana’, claimed that he once placed her over a balcony in Los Angeles. Didi’s lawyers say that her story, and testimony related to how is wrong.
The latest speed Bongolan came on 4 June at the Daniel Patrick Mionihan US Courthouse in New York City a few days after testifying on 4 June. He told the court that in September 2016, Didi allegedly lifted her on the balcony railing shouting at her. “You know what F *** you did,” he claimed he shouted. Bongolan said he was placed on the rail for about 15 seconds and later faced both physical injuries and long -term trauma, including pace and night terror.
Cas, whose full name is Cassondra Ventura, had earlier testified that she had seen Didi holding Bongolan over the balcony. But now, Didi’s lawyers argue that what Kaisi did not actually see this incident, according to TMZ. He presented a text message, Chiya allegedly sent Didi’s employee Christina Khoram, which wrote: “I have just come to know some crazy S ***.” Defense claims that this message proves that Kaisi did not see the conflict first.

The lawyers of Sean Didi Comombs also argue that the pictures of the Bongolan were in Los Angeles on that day, while Didi was elsewhere. They claim that the timeline does not match and says the prosecution deliberately allowed false testimony in the court.
During the cross-execution, Didi’s lawyer Nicole Westmoreland pointed out discrepancies in Bongolan’s statements. Bongolol testified that she was smoking weeds during the alleged attack, but in her earlier trial, she said she was smoking a cigarette.
Bongolan filed a case against Didi in 2023. He denied the allegations through his lawyer, who called the claims aggressive and abusive.
American District Judge Arun Subramanian has not yet decided on the Mistory request. He earlier denied similar speed in May, which was based on the testimony of the ex -boyfriend Kid QD, which was allegedly blown up his car by Dedi.
