South cinema’s beloved Thalaivaa i.e. Rajinikanth is all set to entertain the audience with his upcoming film Vettaiyaan. The multi-starrer action film directed by TJ Gnanavel will hit the theatres on October 10, 2024. Ahead of its release, the makers recently held an audio launch event for the film which was attended by the veteran actor himself. And a special video of the same is going viral on social media, in which Rajinikanth himself is seen.
In the video, the actor can be seen performing the steps of his song Manasilayo from Vettaiyaan along with composer Anirudh Ravichander. Rajinikanth’s unmatched energy and precise steps on the track truly depict how excited he is for his next release. Also, as a token of love for the amazing track curated for the superstar, he was seen hugging Anirudh after finishing his steps.

Well, the excitement among fans to watch Vettaiyaan is constantly increasing with each passing day. Recently, on September 20, 2024, the makers released the first official preview for the film, which included a short but interesting glimpse of what the audience can expect to see in the film.
From Rajinikanth performing some of the toughest physical stunts to Amitabh Bachchan leaving a lasting impression with his serious character, the film promises a high dose of entertainment for the audience.

Talking about the star cast of Vettaiyaan, apart from Rajinikanth, it includes some of the most notable names from Indian cinema including Amitabh Bachchan, Manju Warrier, Rana Daggubati, Fahadh Faasil, Dushara Vijayan and others.
For those who don’t know, this Tamil entertainer is Rajinikanth’s 170th film. It is financed under Lyca Productions and has been shot extensively in various cities of India, including Thiruvananthapuram, Tirunelveli, Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad.
The budget of this project is said to be Rs 160 crore. Moreover, just a few days before its release, the film is garnering the attention of the actor’s fans and the general audience.
