‘Want you to look like mom’: Amy Adams says she’s the ‘least dressed up’ in her house at her daughter’s request; inside details

Despite being one of Hollywood’s famous actresses, Amy Adams compromised on her glamor look at the request of her daughter Aviana. In this week’s issue of People magazine, the actress opens up about her daughter Aviana’s request to keep her look natural. “He didn’t like me doing my makeup,” she told the outlet.

“She says, ‘I just want you to look like mom, not like Amy Adams.’ And I said, ‘You got it.’ So there were many years when I didn’t wear makeup wherever we went,” she explained. Apart from makeup, Aviana also gave her mother notes on her clothes.

“I’m usually the least dressed up in the house,” she admitted. She added, “But recently, per my daughter’s request, I have been working on an upgrade.” Adams also talked about how Aviana asked her not to wear workout clothes when she wasn’t working out. “‘You can’t just do the leisure part of athleisure,'” the proud mom said with a laugh.

The actress continued on the topic and revealed that she is always the last one to get ready and Aviana, who she shares with her husband Darren Le Gallo, is the first one to get ready. “I’ll help her, I’ll run around or braid her hair. And I’m always the last one getting ready,” Adams explained.

As for her, she usually goes with her signature ponytail and sometimes adds a hat. “I think it’s been like that since she was born,” the actress admitted. In September, the family traveled to attend the Toronto International Film Festival for the premiere of his film Nightbitch.

The event was extra special for Adams as it marked her daughter’s first red carpet appearance. “It was really nice to share this with him,” the proud mom said. The actress admitted that she is nervous about public speaking but her daughter encouraged her, saying, ‘Mom, you always do this. You got this!’ “She was supporting me, it was great,” Adams said.
