Amid the ongoing feud between Nayanthara and Dhanush, the Lady Superstar’s husband, director Vignesh Shivan shared a sweet post today. She posted a montage of the couple’s memorable moments and assured them that no matter what happens, they will laugh it off and keep moving forward.

The video shows Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara sharing beautiful moments, along with a heart-touching caption, “No matter what happens. Just smile and keep moving forward. Sirichuttuuu Poyittaiyi Iruppommam (We’ll laugh it off and move on).”

Meanwhile in an interview Hollywood Reporter IndiaNayanthara opens up about her feud with Dhanush. She revealed that she and her director-husband Vignesh Shivan approached Naanum Rowdy Dhaan producer Dhanush as a friend for the rights. However, when Dhanush refused to give the No Objection Certificate (NOC), they went ahead with it.

Explaining how tensions rose between the two parties, he said, “It was never meant to be a controversy, and it was never meant to come out at a particular time when we (Netflix) were about to release the film.”

On November 16, two days before the release of her Netflix film, Nayanthara wrote a condemning letter after Dhanush sent her a legal notice over the use of BTS clips in his documentary.

On the work front, Nayanthara will next be seen in Raakkayi. It is a period-action drama and is currently under production. The release date of the film has not been revealed yet, but it is expected that it will be released in theaters in the second half of next year.
