As an actor he’s really collaborative and really helpful. I think we created some magical moments together and felt it when the scene happened. We both looked at each other, and we were like, ‘That was a good scene!’ I really enjoyed working with him and I hope we work together a lot more in the future.”
Sanon talked about how working with Dhanush encouraged him to give his best performance. She shared her admiration for his skills, saying, “I think Dhanush is an incredible actor. He’s very subtle; he’s also directed a lot of films, and he has a lot of experience and understanding of the visuals and how it will come across on the screen.”
The process of developing their on-screen relationship was helped by the fact that they had not met prior to filming, reflecting the initial unfamiliarity of their characters in the story. And we hadn’t met before, and even Shankar and Mukti hadn’t met before in the film a while back, so it worked out!”
