Actor Shah Rukh Khan has expressed his support for Anupam Kher’s upcoming film, ‘Tanvi The Great’. King Khan shared the trailer of the film with a note on X and appreciated Kher’s courage for taking bold creative steps in his career and life.

SRK wrote on X, “For my friend @anupampkher who has always taken possibility whether it is acting, film production or life !! ‘Tanvi the Great’ trailer looks great.

The film, which is directed, written and produced by Kher, is a story about a young girl with autism who dreams of joining the Indian Army. Many Bollywood celebrities have shown their support for the online film.

“Some stories persist with you for a long time, when the screen is faded for black ‘Tanvi the Great’, one of them. Now see the trailer – it is powerful, hearty, and deeply inspiring, all my prayers and luck for this labor of love @anupampkher (SIC), for the success of this labor of love,” Anil Kapoor wrote on the trailer.

To which Kher replied, “Thank you for the appreciation of your love and truth, the best friend for me @anilkapoor. You are a great support system. Most of the time as a friend! And sometimes as a guide too! (SIC),” he wrote.

Speaking at the trailer launch event, Anupam Kher shared that he took inspiration from his niece, Tanvi, who is autistic. The film has Shubangi in the Titular role, and a contingent of artists, including Jackie Shroff, Pallavi Joshi, Arvind Swamy and Karan Tacker, has been offered. The music is composed by Oscar winner MM Kerwani.

Set for a dramatic release on July 18, ‘Tanvi the Great’ promises to be a moving story of dreams, flexibility and inclusion.
