Bollywood superstar Salman Khan allegedly talked to portray an Indian Army officer in the upcoming battle drama. According to Bollywood Hungama, the film will focus on the clashes of the Galwan Valley of 2020, which is between Indian and Chinese soldiers. Director Apoorva Lakhia, who is known for his work on ‘firing in Lokhandwala’, is expected to help in the project.

The source was quoted as saying, “Jordan Patel introduced Salman Khan to Apoorva Lakhia, and when both blocked a script. Apoorva acquired the rights of the novel, ‘India’s Most Fearless 3’, some time ago and discussed the idea with Salman. He was thinking about the novel and indicating the film.

The book by Shiva Arur and Rahul Singh throws light on the acts of bravery by Indian soldiers, and the Galwan Valley chapter especially resonates with Salman.

Salman Khan is allegedly excited about the possibility of playing the role of an army officer in a film against the backdrop of the Galvan Valley Battle. If all go according to the plan, the film is expected to start production in the second half of 2025.
