Ride from hell: Gordon Ramsay injured after ‘very bad’ cycling accident
Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has shared his tragic experience after a horrific cycling accident in the US left him badly shaken.
In a video posted to social media, Ramsay showed large purple bruises on his torso, which led to his hospitalization.
In his message specifically addressed to dads ahead of Father’s Day, the Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares and Hell’s Kitchen star emphasised the crucial importance of wearing a helmet. “I don’t care how short the trip is,” he urged, stressing that this advice is even more important when cycling with children – “they have to wear a helmet.”
Ramsay said the incident happened earlier this week in Connecticut.
