Realme P4 Pro Hands-on Review

Unfortunately, the P4 Pro is not a particularly original proposal. This is for all intentions and objectives, Realme 15 Pro with some minor changes that recently saw. It depends on how you want to see it, it is not a bad thing. After all, the P4 Pro 15 Pro is in a full price category below the 15 Pro, and if you are receiving the same phone for a very low price, it looks like a better deal than the P4 Pro.

At a glance Realme P4 Pro Specs:

  • Body: 162.3×76.2×7.7 mm, 189 g; Glass front, plastic and glass fiber frame, polycarbonate back; IP65 Dust tight and water resistant (low pressure water jet), ip66 dust tight and water resistant (high pressure water jet).

  • Battery: 7000mAh; 80W Wired.
  • Connectivity: 5 g; Wi-Fi 6; BT 5.4, APTX HD, LDAC, LHDC 5; Infrared Port.
  • various: Fingerprint reader (under performance, optical); stereo speakers.

But we are going ahead of ourselves here. The Realme P4 Pro has more or less the same specification sheet as 15 Pro, but a low resolution on the inter-back comes as an ultra-wide camera, which swaps the 50MP unit for 8MP one, as well as RGB lighting and a lack of to-tone flash. On the other hand, the P4 Pro provides benefits that Realme Hyper Vision AI Chip says, which is an image processor to improve the frame rate in gaming and video workloads. And then there are some designs and create quality differences.

This means that you are still receiving a large, high-resolution display with a claimed 144Hz refresh rate and 6500 NITs peak brightness, Snapdragon 7 gene 4 chipset, 80W faster charging with 7000mAh big battery and 50MP main rear and front cameras.

Keeping in mind the very low price of P4 Pro, it seems a good deal. Let us see how this ‘light’ version of 15 Pro performs.

Out of the box

Realme P4 Pro comes in standard yellow realme packaging. Inside, you find the phone, a charger and a data cable. Retail units should also include a transparent case, which, for some reason, was not present inside our box, even though it was mentioned on the outside.
