Right now his comment is the status of the section. A material manufacturer with millions of followers online, now Ranveer, is facing a wave of anger from ‘disappointed’, ‘disappointed’.
According to his Instagram Bio, Ranveer is a “entrepreneur” and a promoter of “peace and development”. He is often seen sharing materials on spirituality, politics, relationships etc. and has interviewed various Bollywood celebrities and politicians, but after a clip of Samay Raina’s show, things have been heavily heavy for him and some other people. Moved. ,
Now, his comment section is filled with criticism on his comment, with many people’s confidence he took things far away.
The clip that split out resentment was a video that caused him into trouble – both legally and online. In the video, during the show, Ranveer, who was a panelist, asks the contestant a question, one who can bother him for a long time:
“Will you see your parents having sex every day for the rest of your life or will you close it forever?”
At that time, Ranveer felt some proud of himself to make a joking, while the audience and panel laughing in the video, but as the episode increased, not everyone laughed about it.
Forgiveness and FIR

And comedian Samay Raina himself.
In addition, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Monday commented that there is freedom to speak in the country, it ends when it “encroachs the freedom of others”.
“I have come to know about it. I have not seen it yet. Things have been said and have been presented incorrectly. Everyone has the freedom to speak, but when we encroach on the freedom of others, then our Freedom ends … Our society, we have some rules, and if someone violates them, it is absolutely wrong, and action should be taken against them, “Fadnavis told reporters.

But here is the matter, while Ranveer has a significant impact on his audience, his apology does not work. A quick eye on the comment section reveals a common feeling: their content does not align with them with the ‘joke’ made by them.
Take a look at some (civilized) comments by us:
So far, the investigation is still on.
However, this is not the first time Raina’s show has come into trouble. In fact, India has become latent, often faced online criticism, and sometimes, results are just beyond social media.
The most recently was one on 5 February. An FIR was filed against Jesse Nabam, a contestant from India, to make controversial comments about eating dog meat. Nabam claimed that the people of Arunachal Pradesh usually consume dog meat and sometimes eat their pets.
The world’s first Triple Emputty Tinksh Kaushik also criticized the show for his content for the trek Everest Base Camp. “It is not a dark humor to disrespect people with disabilities,” said Kaushik Today IndiaHe had earlier called Row Raina when a contestant made fun of people with disabilities, and the judges saw Raina laughing.
‘Not everyone gets dark humor’
Now, while a part of the audience is angered on the ‘inappropriate’ and ‘porn’ jokes made on the show – often another section for the ban argues that Samay and their shows represent the dark humer Are.
But where do you pull the line? Is everything appropriate in the name of humor? It has two sides – some believe that it is just to create hard jokes about someone’s appearance or disability. DarknessWhile others worry about moral values that these shows promote. Even experts often find these ‘lines’ blurred and misleading.
In fact, after the incident, many people took to Reddit to support Ranveer, and became latent in India.
A psychologist, Sherya Kaul tells us that some people find solitude in dark humor, especially as a copying mechanism for mental health conflicts, others commit crime. For the audience, dark comedy can offer a vioristic adventure, as it pushes the boundaries, many people will not dare to cross themselves.
The supporters of the show also argue that “not everyone gets darkness” and that their jokes are a reflection of free speech.
There is no denying that Avyakt of India has a large -scale fan, which is spread to all age groups. Among them, General Z, especially, loves Samay and their brand ‘Dark Humor’.
25 -year -old technical and show customer was told by Puneet Chawla* Today India“We have an independent speech, and if anyone wants to joke about something, they should be allowed. Going to jail is very high.”
Meanwhile, another viral DM Exchange shows Ads, “The purpose of comedy is not a moral science lecture. Comedy has no responsibility. Comedy is comedy. . “
What’s in a joke? Looking at it from a legal point of view
Now, if you are wondering where Indian law is standing on this matter and how much legal trouble Ranveer and summary can have, then let’s take a look.
In India, obscenity laws try to balance freedom of speech (guarantee under Article 19 (1) (A) of the Constitution) with social standards of decency and morality. While the Constitution protects free expression, it also allows proper restrictions in the interest of public orders and morality.
A similar case took place in 2015 with All India Bakhar (AIB) when he was booked on charges of obscenity for his infamous Roost. The Mumbai Police registered a case against him for the “obscene” content of the show, which shut down its final.
So, will Samay Raina’s show face the same luck as AIB? Will India survive this dispute, or is it just another storm that will pass?
only time will tell.
