Explaining the reason behind the delay, the producer said that the trailer will now be released later as part of the worldwide launch strategy.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Ramayan stars Ranbir Kapoor in the role of Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana. On July 18, the film team launched the trailer at a grand event in Delhi.

Ramayan: Part 1 will release in theaters on Diwali 2026, while Part 2 will hit the big screens in 2027.
