Preity Zinta recently made a comment during a conversation on The actress reacted strongly to this comment and explained why she does not like such comparisons.

During the interactive question-and-answer session, Preity responded with a mix of honesty and humor. He said, “Thank you, that’s very sweet, but honestly, no woman wants to be a trophy. Trophies are owned, not women! Trophies are put in a glass cabinet and a woman has a place in your life and in your heart.”

His response immediately gained attention online, with many users praising him for his straightforward stance on the issue.

During this conversation, Preeti also talked about him upcoming movie Lahore 1947. Talking about why she chose this project, she said, “I always wanted to do a period film, so I signed it Lahore 1947And of course, it’s with one of my favorite directors, Raj Kumar Santoshi, and it’s always a pleasure to work with Sunny (sic).

He further explained that the film explores “a story of love in a time of division and hatred”, which attracted him to the project.

On the work front, Preity is ready to make her Bollywood comeback with Lahore 1947Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced under the banner of Aamir Khan. The film, which also stars Sunny Deol, was officially announced in October 2023 and is scheduled to release this year.
