The Realme 16T combines a massive 8,000mAh battery with a reasonably-specced base for an affordable price – starting at INR29,999 (about €270, converted).
Realme says you can expect up to three days of endurance, and the power pack will last up to 7 years, which will give frugal buyers peace of mind.

We’ve completed our battery life and charging tests on the Realme 16T, so let’s see how it went.
The Realme 16T scored around 23 hours in our active usage score, which breaks through with solid call, web and video runtimes and a respectable gaming score.
We got about 50 hours of calling from the 16T, then about 26 hours of browsing and less than 25 hours of video playback. The web score is really impressive, surpassing even the Poco X8 Pro Max with 8,500mAh capacity. Of course, that phone needs to push more display pixels when browsing.
There’s no doubt that the Realme 16T’s 720p display resolution helped in our video playback tests as well.
Next, it’s the charging test. Being a phone that focuses on value for money, it is at a disadvantage against its competitors in this test.
While phones with similar battery capacity match impressive charging speeds, the Realme 16T goes up to 45W.
And, obviously, it doesn’t shine in our charging speed test. In the first 15 minutes it becomes only 19% and in half an hour it becomes 34%. The 8,000mAh battery took one and a half hours to be full.
