The biggest night of acting awards is here, and here are all the winners who made their mark at the 2026 Oscars ceremony. The following artists and productions were honored for their contributions to the world of cinema at the 98th Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theater on Sunday, March 15, 2026. Among them, the Best Live-Action Short Film category came with a rare tie, with trophies awarded to The Singers and Two People Exchanging Saliva.

Sean Penn was noticeably absent from the event, unable to accept his Best Supporting Actor win for his role in One Battle After Another. The night became the first for Paul Thomas Anderson, who ultimately won Oscars for the Best Director and Best Adapted Screenplay categories. The film became one of the most awarded films of the night, with six awards and 13 nominations in various categories. Sinners was close behind with its record-breaking 16 nodes and four nodes.
