Realty firm Omax Group as part of its expansion plan to develop a housing project in Lucknow has invested Rs. 250 crore will be invested.
In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, Omaxe said it has invested around Rs. 250 crore will be invested.
The project is part of the 690-acre ‘Omax Metro City’ township on Rae Bareli Road in Lucknow.
Omax said that about 300 of its 360 units have been sold.
Established in 1987, Omaxe is one of the leading real estate developers in the country.
