In a regulatory filing on Wednesday, Omaxe said it has invested around Rs. 250 crore will be invested.
The project is part of the 690-acre ‘Omax Metro City’ township on Rae Bareli Road in Lucknow.
Omax said that about 300 of its 360 units have been sold.
Established in 1987, Omaxe is one of the leading real estate developers in the country.
Omaxe Group has delivered around 140.17 million square feet of real estate in 31 cities across 8 states including Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.
