Excerpts from the interview:
Question: What does the name Keyuri mean?
A: Keuri represents feminine divinity and symbolizes creative energy. As soon as I heard this word, I was immediately fascinated by it because of how rooted it is and at the same time universal. This resonates deeply with what I want to do in the future.
Q: Why did you want to become a producer?
A: I always felt that I was more than an actor. Engaging in other aspects of filmmaking felt like a natural extension. It was an opportunity to connect more deeply with cinema. I want to bridge the gap between the kind of films I want to watch and the kind of films I work in.
Today films can be made on any budget, whether small or big. I just launched production and it took about six to seven months of work. As of now, there are no announcements of films that I can make.
Question: What kind of movies would you like to watch? Can you name some of the past films that Keuri will produce?
A: Honesty in storytelling is what matters to me. None of the other variables are as important. A story should not be tailored to promote a particular audience or trend.
As an actor, I never cared about trends. I am often called “underrated”, but I don’t agree. I just choose not to do what everyone else is doing.

A: All updates will be shared on our website, and we will continue to post updates on social media as well.
Question: There is some confusion about your name since your last interview with India Today. Can you clarify this?
A: Yes there is. I see many creative versions online. But my first name is Nitya. My given name at birth and on my birth certificate is Nitya NS. Apart from this, it would be wrong for me to say anything. It would be wrong to expand on my initials.
