Scan QR code, send blessings
Along with the temple visit, thousands of sweet boxes are being distributed across 23 Indian cities including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. Sweets, handed out from trucks decorated by teams in custom “V&R” attire, are specially packaged to mark the occasion.
Each sweet box has a QR code so that recipients can scan it to send their blessings to the couple, making them a part of the celebration. The initiative transforms the streets of major cities into vibrant expanses of wedding festivities.
Along with the distribution of sweets, Annadanam or sacred food offerings are being organized in various temples across India. The initiative aims to seek blessings and give back to the community, underscoring the couple’s efforts to make their wedding ceremonies meaningful and inclusive.
