New mother Masaba Gupta ate gum laddus and chavanprash – see picture

Masaba Gupta loves to keep it healthy. The fashion designer, who recently welcomed her daughter, is taking more care of her health in the changing seasons. Need proof? Check out her latest Instagram stories. He posted a picture of three traditional dishes. What could be better than authentic Indian dishes to keep us away from flu and other viral infections during the changing seasons? In the snap, we can see three steel tiffin boxes – the largest containing gond laddus, or traditional Indian sweets made from gond (edible gum) and wheat flour. Gond laddu is often consumed to provide warmth and energy during winters.

The other two boxes contained homemade Chavanprash, i.e., an Ayurvedic jam-like mixture made from a blend of herbs, spices and fruits, which helps boost immunity, energy and overall well-being, and Chuara, a sweet and Spicy pickles – like dates, tamarind, jaggery or sugar, ghee and spices made from cumin, coriander and cinnamon. Above the mouth-watering picture, Masaba wrote, “The best gift from this girl, Sneha Singhi Upadhyay, I admire so much – homemade chawanprash, gond laddu and chhuara.”

Masaba Gupta loves preparing and diving into healthy dishes. Earlier, she had given her Instagram fanbase a glimpse of her favorite spice: Hari (green) chutney. Generally, it is made with mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies and eaten with a variety of dishes to add a spicy and tangy taste to it. However, Masaba did not miss out on giving it her own twist and adding a unique component to it. He added guava (also known as “Peru”). Amazing isn’t it? Posting the photo, he revealed the contents and wrote, “It’s a food page now.” Read on to know more.

Earlier, Masaba Gupta showed off a healthy, nutritious meal on her plate. She shared a picture of her breakfast on her Instagram stories, where her white plate consisted of homemade poha with peanuts, chopped onions, some leaves and sev. The caption below the photo revealed that the fennel poha also contained sev, onion and peanuts.
