The much-awaited release of ‘Mirzapur 3’ is just around the corner, with the show set to premiere on July 5. Adding to the excitement, Ali Fazal revealed that Jitendra Kumar from the popular show ‘Panchayat’ will be making a special appearance in the upcoming thriller.

Directed by Gurmeet Singh and Anand Iyer, Mirzapur 3 promises a thrilling sequel to the gangster drama that has captivated the audience in its previous seasons. The show stars Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, Rasika Duggal, Shweta Tripathi, Vijay Verma and others in a stellar ensemble cast.

Ali Fazal confirmed Jitendra Kumar’s special appearance in the series in an interview with ANI. “It’s cross-promotion. We have done that.” Jitendra Kumar will play the role of Secretary Ji in Mirzapur, who will be seen in two episodes, handling the paperwork related to Kaleen Bhaiya’s (Pankaj Tripathi) death.
However, other Mirzapur cast members started shouting at Ali Fazal, indicating that it was a surprise.

In other developments, fans will be disappointed to know that their beloved character Munna Bhaiya, played by Divyenndu, will not be a part of season 3. This announcement has left the audience very disappointed about “Mirzapur” season 3.
