Michelle Williams wants to keep her holiday season simple! In an interview with People magazine, the actress/singer shared her plans for the festive season, and revealed that she is “doing nothing” this year. “We actually have Christmas Eve and Christmas Day off,” she told the outlet.

“I don’t know yet what I’m going to do because I don’t know if I want to be at the airport those days,” she said. The actress, who starred in Death Becomes Her on Broadway, continued to share her plans for the day after Christmas.

Williams will immediately return to her role as Viola Van Horn in the Broadway musical. Since she will be working before and after Christmas, she plans to rest for two days during the holiday. “It doesn’t feel like I’m going anywhere, doing anything,” she said.

Williams recently reunited with her former Destiny’s Child bandmates, Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland, at the opening night of their recent show. In an interview with People magazine, the actress reflected on that incredible evening. “It was a pleasure to have them there because I know they’re fans of the film,” she said.

He revealed that the trio often trade lines from movies they know. The Hear a Word singer admitted that having her former bandmates by her side made her feel “anchored” before the big night. Although they have not toured together in a long time, her appearance took Williams back to the time when they performed together on stage.

Williams said, “I felt grounded. It’s giving me some fuel for the rest of my time on the show.” On the night of the Destiny’s Child band reunion, the Single Ladies hitmaker shared a compilation video montage featuring key moments from the night, including photos in Times Square, inside the theater, and backstage.

Cowboy Carter used his and Miley Cyrus’ duet II Most Wanted in the background. Because of the song’s lyrics, particularly the words, “I’ll be your gunslinger till I die.” Williams became emotional and reacted to the post in the comments section. “I try not to cry early in the day but…my sisters always do!” He wrote at that time.
