Fans of actor Vijay Devarakonda recently expressed disappointment on Netflix the later-theater release. Producer Naga Vamsi addressed criticism on some important romantic and action scenes missing from the film.

Vamsi argued about the film’s deadline and pacing, due to which the final decision was taken to edit some scenes. The manufacturer responded to complaints about the romantic track, ‘Hridayam Lapala’, which is not being included in the Netflix version of the ‘Kingdom’. The song, characteristic of Vijay and actor Bhagyashree Bores, became a viral sensation before its release. Many fans were unhappy due to its boycott from the final cut after its dramatic release.

VAMSI, during a press interaction in Hyderabad with his trademark intellect, asked reporters for their own suggestions where the song could fit, as told by. MintHe ficklely mentioned that many fans, especially couples, were upset with remembering a kissing scene with Vijay Devarakonda. The producer explained that while the team had tried to include the song, it was not only aligned with the overall intensive tone of the film.

Vamsi said, “I know that many people felt bad, especially lover, probably because they wanted to see Vijay Dawakonda kissing, and they miss it.”

He further said, “We tried hard, but we could not fit it in the intensity of the film as a whole. Many people are suggesting that we should fit it in the second half of the film, where they feel that it falls backward. But, a 20 -minute benger only works because the film slows down because the film slows down there.”

Now with the ‘Kingdom’ available on Netflix, fans were expected to find songs in the online version, but they were once again disappointed. ‘Hridayam Lopala’ is not part of digital release. The Netflix version of the ‘Kingdom’ also removed an important carnival fight scene, which was an important action sequence in the dramatic cut.

The fans expressed their disappointment, arguing that both songs and fight scenes added to the entertainment and depth of the film. These cuts were allegedly designed to adapt to the film’s pacing and an OTT audience.

Director Govatam Tinnuri’s film ‘Kingdom’ premiered in theaters on 31 July. The film also featured Satyadeva and Venkatesh in lead roles.
