Khushi Kapoor and Ananya Panday are making this weekend a good workout
Khushi Kapoor and Ananya Panday believe in maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle. The two actresses’ fitness instructor Namrata Purohit shared a glimpse of their tough Pilates session on Instagram. Khushi placed her hands on her thighs for support while Ananya placed hers on her forehead. They bent their knees, pulled them close to the chest, and repeated the similar motion. Khushi’s legs were shaking with the effort of completing the tough workout and yet, she did it with a smile. Her exercise partner too echoed a similar sentiment, laughing nervously. The Cadillac walkover is a different form of Pilates, which is considered a therapeutic exercise, targeting deep stretching. It also aids in improving body movement and posture. One can enhance their balance by entering the advanced level of Pilates with walkovers on the Cadillac machine.
