Prashant Neil, director of ‘KGF’, was very happy when Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) first raised the Indian Premier League (IPL) trophy in 18 years. The filmmaker arranged a special screening and when the RCB won, he jumped into happiness, and hit his friend in excitement. His victory against Punjab Kings ended his 18 -year drought.
Prashanth Neel had an unprecedented setup to watch the IPL final match. With a huge screen set near a beach, he invited his friends and family to watch the final of the IPL 2025. When his favorite team won, Prasanth could not control his enthusiasm because he jumped into happiness, shouted his lungs and also hit his friend.

Incidentally, director Prashant Neil is celebrating his birthday on 4 June today. This is actually a special birthday for the ‘KGF’ filmmaker.
On the work front, Prananta Neil is currently working on his upcoming film with Junior NTR. The film is temporarily titled ‘Dragon’ title. However, the film’s title has not yet been announced to the producers.
Director Prashant Neil was instigated for fame after Yash’s ‘KGF’ films. The first and second part of ‘KGF’ films put Kannada cinema on the global map. Both films earned 1500 crore rupees (almost) worldwide.
