Kevin Costner found herself in legal trouble after a female stunt sued the actor and the producers of the film. Davin Labella revealed in the documents submitted in the court that he was subject to an unpublished R*PE scene on the set of the film released in 2024.

However, according to the case filed, Labella said that “the final-matches for nudity or simulated S*X are not allowed by the SAG and the film’s producers are expected to give a notice of 48 hours of any change.”
