Vishnu Manchu’s Kannappa is undoubtedly one of the most awaited films in the Telugu industry. Ever since its grand announcement, moviegoers have been excited about this special film. Recently, during the Cannes Film Festival, the trailer of this fantasy drama was presented at a prestigious screening ceremony.
Amidst all this, the actor revealed on social media that on June 14, the teaser will be officially released on all social media platforms. Now, in a recent update, the makers have officially released the first teaser of the multi-starrer project. Take a look
Kannappa teaser out
At the beginning of the teaser, we see a glimpse of people riding horses in the forest. As the teaser progresses, it focuses on a man who defeats more than 50 warriors with ease. Finally, the teaser reveals Vishnu Manchu’s character, known as Thinodu.
After a while, the teaser shows war scenes by Vishnu, in which he goes on to win the most brutal battle he has ever fought.
The teaser also gives a glimpse of Prabhas and Akshay Kumar, indicating that both the actors will play important roles in the film.
Soon after the glimpse went viral, many fans expressed their excitement after seeing the dynamic shots of the Rebel Star and Khiladi Kumar on their X accounts. The upcoming Telugu fantasy drama starring Vishnu Manchu revolves around the story of a loyal devotee of Lord Shiva. It follows the transformation of an atheist hunter named Kannappa, who eventually becomes a devoted devotee of Lord Shiva and displays his devotion by sacrificing his eyes.
Apart from Vishnu Manchu, this period drama also stars Mohan Babu, Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Madhu, Sarathkumar, Prabhu Deva, Brahmanandam, Mukesh Rishi and Kaushal Manda. The film is directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh.
Apart from him, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and superstar Prabhas will be seen in brief but important roles in Kannappa.
