On the social media platform X (East Twitter), the disappointed users are sharing the screenshot showing the “no service” message and vacant signal bar on their phone. Many are tagging the official handle of the company and demanding an explanation. So far, Reliance Jio has not issued any official statement about the outage or its cause.

The issue is affecting users in many areas, although it is still not clear whether the problem is nationwide or limited to specific areas. While JIO has faced a minor outage in the past, the scale and sudden increase in complaints and this time suggest a more serious technical hiccup.

There is no confirmation yet what is the reason for really disruption. This can be caused by a backnd system mess or a technical update, which causes temporary network failure, but users will have to wait for the official explanation from the telecom giant.

Till then, users are advised to be patient and try basic troubleshooting such as restarting their equipment or switching between airplane mode to re -register the network. But given the spike in reports, the problem is that the issue is at the end of the service provider.
