Nandamuri Padmaj, wife of Nandamuri Jayakrishna and great actor-royalist NT Ram Rao and Baswa Ram Tarakam’s eldest daughter-in-law, died on August 19 in Hyderabad at the age of 73. His death has left the Nandamuri family and fans deeply.

After this news, his brother-in-law and actor-politician Nandamuri Balakrishna visited the family. A video of Balakrishna has erased his tears by attaining condolences, it has gone viral, which has been running to fans who have since shared emotional and supportive messages online.

Padmaja was unwell for a long time and was recently hospitalized after her health deteriorated, but she could not recover.

Padmaj was married to NTR and another son of Tarakam Jaikrishna. Jaikrishna initially worked as a makeup artist for stars like Krishnam Raju and Vijayashanti before stepping into filmmaking. He produced notable films including 1978 classic ‘Maina Woi Pandavulu’. Padmaja was also the sister of senior political leader Daggubati Venkateswara Rao.

Nandamuri Balakrishna, known as Balya or NBK, is one Popular Telugu actor, filmmaker and politicianBorn on June 10, 1960, he had a long career in both cinema and public service.

He is the son of a legendary actor and Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister NT Ram RaoBalakrishna appeared in films in 1974 as a child artist with ‘Tatamma Kala’ and went to make a successful acting career. Since 2014, he is also working as an MLA from the Hindupur constituency.
