Hrithik Roshan shares moments spent with sons, reads book again after 25 years
Hrithik Roshan shared pictures of himself spending quality time with his sons Hrehaan and Hridhaan while exercising and relaxing. The actor also revisited a book he read 25 years ago and talked about finding balance and happiness.
Actor Hrithik Roshan recently shared some moments of quiet, meaningful time spent with his sons Rhaan Roshan and Hriday Roshan, giving fans a glimpse into his personal life marked by fitness, reflection and family bonding.
On Monday, Hrithik posted several pictures on Instagram capturing different parts of his day. In one image, he is seen running in a field wearing a T-shirt, trousers and a cap. Another picture shows the actor sitting shirtless by the swimming pool, engrossed in a book, while a separate picture captures him in the middle of a workout.
The post also included glimpses of his sons enjoying swimming time, as well as a moment where Hrithik was seen sitting outside and chatting with his elder son Rehaan. In the final slides, the actor shared close-up shots of the book he was reading – written by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.
Sharing the photos, Hrithik reflected on revisiting the book after many years and wrote, “Re-reading the pages I underlined 25 years ago. I feel like it’s all finally coming together in my mind now. What fun. Finding a state of flow. That’s what it’s all about. Thank you for this, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. #FLOW.”
The post comes after Hrithik was seen dancing with his sons at his cousin Ishaan Roshan’s wedding celebrations in Mumbai. A video from the event that surfaced on social media showed Hrithik grooving with Rehaan and Hridhaan, who were also joined by niece Suranika Soni, cousin Pashmina Roshan and girlfriend Saba Azad. The group danced to Sukhbir’s popular 1999 track Ishq Tera Tadpaave,
Rehaan and Hridhaan are Hrithik’s sons with his ex-wife Sussanne Khan. The couple divorced in 2014 but continued to co-parent their children. Hrithik publicly confirmed his relationship with Saba Azad when the two attended Karan Johar’s 50th birthday celebration together.
