Actor Hrithik Roshan’s father Rakesh Roshan turned 75 today i.e. on September 6. The veteran filmmaker celebrated this special occasion with his family members, including Hrithik Roshan’s girlfriend Saba Azad. Hrithik shared a picture of this special occasion and wished his father a happy birthday.

For the caption, the ‘Fighter’ actor wrote, “Happy 75th birthday, Papa. We love you.” Rakesh Roshan shared the same photo on Instagram and thanked his family for making it special. The picture shows Hrithik Roshan, his girlfriend Saba Azad, his parents Rakesh and Pinky Roshan, his sister Sunaina Roshan, his sons Hrehaan and Hridhaan, as well as Rajesh Roshan with his children Pashmina and Ishaan.

Sunaina Roshan also posted an emotional post dedicated to her father, calling him her biggest inspiration and celebrating his 75th birthday. Hrithik Roshan responded in the comments, calling her tribute the “sweetest” and “most innovative”.

Rakesh Roshan began his career as an actor with the 1970 film ‘Ghar Ghar Ki Kahani’ and appeared in several notable films such as ‘Khoobsurat’, ‘Kaamchor’ and ‘Bhagwan Dada’. He entered the world of direction with the 1987 film ‘Khudgarz’, later directing hits such as ‘Khoon Bhari Maang’, ‘Karan Arjun’ and ‘Kaho Naa Pyar Hai’, the latter of which proved to be Hrithik’s breakthrough in Bollywood.

Hrithik Roshan was last seen in ‘Fighter’, released in January alongside Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor and Karan Singh Grover. His next film is ‘War 2’, co-starring Jr NTR.
