Guns and Gululabes actor Gulshan Devaiya recently shared their views about working with filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, describing him as an ally. During an Ask Me Etho (AMA) season on Redit, Devaiya reflected his experience being directed by Kashyap in the 2010 film The Girl in Yellow Boots.
Asked about working with a acclaimed director, Devia clearly replied, “He is full of herself … but he is cute, and he trusts his actors. It was amazing to work with him as an actor. But he is still full of himself, and now he is taking our jobs (SIC).”
Kashyap, known for directing films such as Gangs of Wasipur and Dev D, has moved towards acting in recent years, characterizing in projects such as AK vs AK, Hadi, Maharaja and other films.
Gulshan Devaiya was last seen in Ulaj in front of Janhvi Kapoor. He was also seen in Jiohotstar’s bad police, where he played a dual role.
