Backed by Sunshine Pictures, the film was first announced by releasing a poster on Bajpayee’s birthday earlier this year. The recently released teaser features the actor as the RBI Governor as the country navigates one of its most turbulent economic times.

Silent Savior: The Governor Directed by Chinmay Mandlekar and produced by Vipul Amritlal Shah. The film is co-produced by Aashin A Shah and written by Suvendu Bhattacharyaji, Saurabh Bharat, Ravi Asrani and Vipul Amritlal Shah.
The music is composed by Amit Trivedi, while the lyrics are written by Javed Akhtar.
