After being a television favorite in India for years, Doraemon Finally making the jump to the big screen. Doraemon the Movie: New Nobita and the Castle of the Undersea Devil It will release across theaters across the country on October 2, marking the first nationwide theatrical release of the lovable blue robot cat in India.

An underwater adventure film focusing on friendship, courage and discovery, it will be released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu by TV Asahi and PVR Inox Pictures. Black White Orange (BWO) will lead a nationwide fan engagement campaign ahead of the release.

Based on the original manga by Fujiko F. Fujio, creator of Doraemon series, the film marks the long-awaited arrival of the franchise in Indian theatres. While TV Asahi and PVR Inox Pictures are leading the theatrical release, BWO will oversee fan engagement, consumer experience and promotional activities, with Happening 365 Synergies serving as strategic and market advisory partner.

Before the release of the film, Doraemon They will make their first public appearance in India at the pop culture festival CORE organized by BWO at the Jio World Convention Center in Mumbai on June 20 and 21. Fans attending the event can explore a dedicated Doraemon zone that includes themed installations, interactive activities, photo opportunities and a giant Doraemon inflatable.
