Deepika Padukone has been working as a social media game for the last few months. She is leaving social media posts about herself as well as herself. The actress recently revealed that she had a ‘best childhood’ and she promises to leave the reason for a bowl’s haircut in partition.

Today, April 6, 2025, Deepika Padukone took her Instagram stories and dropped a fun post, originally posted by another account. It had a picture of a bowl cut of a young girl. The caption on the post reads, “If your parents did not cut your hair like this, then you did not have a childhood.”

Earlier, Deepika Padukone attended the 2025 Forbes 30/50 summit in Abu Dhabi. In an interview at the event, he talked about his early years and the beginning of his acting journey.

She revealed that she grew up in a family of athletes and watched very few films while growing up. DP mentioned that the films he saw had a great impact. “Every time I stepped into a cinema hall, I would look at these incredible women on screen and feel inspired,” he said. He said that even then he felt that he was in that world.

On the work front, the presence of Deepika Padukone’s last large screen was again in Singham. The film marked his entry into the police universe created by Rohit Shetty. He was introduced as Shakti Shetty aka Lady Singham. Rohit had earlier teased that Deepika’s character would get a standalone film in the future. Meanwhile, the actress’s fans are eagerly waiting for the official announcement of their next project.

Deepika was on a short break after the arrival of her first child last year. She welcomed a girl with her husband Ranveer Singh. The couple spoke as Dua Padukone Singh. But now DP is back to participate in public programs.
