Coldplay concert tickets for India tour turned out to be a disappointing experience for most fans. While some lucky ones managed to buy tickets, most couldn’t get a chance before the tickets were sold out. A third show was also added for eager fansBut more than 11 lakh people queued up to buy tickets and only a few managed to buy them. Soon after the ticket sales, BookMyShow warned fans against unauthorized sale of tickets.

BookMyShow has exclusive rights to Coldplay concert tickets in India. The post reads, “It has come to our notice that unauthorised platforms are listing tickets for Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres World Tour 2025 in India before and after the official sale. These tickets are invalid.” The post reads, “Ticket scalping is illegal in India and punishable by law. Please do not fall prey to this as you will be buying fake tickets. Avoid fraud! BookMyShow is the only official platform for ticket sales.”

The caption read, “Protect yourself from ticket scams! Don’t fall prey to unauthorised platforms selling fake tickets for Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres World Tour 2025 in India!”

BookMyShow crashed moments before the first ticket sale began This incident happened today, September 22, at 12 noon. It started again after about 15 minutes.

Coldplay is returning to India after a gap of nine yearsThe iconic British band will perform in Mumbai on January 18, 19 and 21, 2025. The price of the tickets ranged from Rs 2,500 to Rs 35,000with options of Rs 3,000, Rs 3,500, Rs 4,000, Rs 4,500, Rs 9,000, Rs 9,500 and Rs 12,500. Each transaction was limited to a maximum of four tickets.
