Hridaypurvam debut with Rs 3.25 crore in Kerala
Aashirvad Cinemas, Hiridayapoorvam started at the Kerala box office with Rs 3.25 crore. The rest of India including Tamil Nadu and Karnataka earned a total of Rs 3.75 crore in India, around Rs 50 lakh. On the global front, the film is expected to inaugurate Rs 7 crore.
The Sangeeth Prathap and Malavika Mohanan, Hridayapoorvam have been designed to emerge as Mohanlal’s third consecutive blockbuster after L2E and Thudram. However, a lot will depend on its grip in the weekend and then in the week’s days. Since the film is released during the Onam Festival, it should target for unprecedented growth.
Clash with Loka on hridayapoorvam home turf
Hridayapoorvam has made a very good start in its home turf, seeing the style and struggle landscape. For The Anward, Mohanlal starrer fought in theaters with Dalkar Salman-made film Loca, which has also been opened for a great start. The superhero film, in which Kalyani Priyadarshan and Nahlan have played the lead roles, have made an outstanding start of Rs 2 crore at the box office.
Both Hiridayapoorvam and Lokah are taking strong reports and open to a positive reception between the audience and critics, meaning dual pleasure among the exhibitors in Kerala. Hridaypurvam and Loca are expected to continue the brilliant run of Malayalam cinema.
