Born in the late icon Sridevi and filmmaker Boney Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor made her acting debut in 2023 with Zoya Akhtar’s Kishore Musical Comedy, The Archies. Two years after the OTT release, Khushi made her dramatic debut with Lvavpa in February this year. After its lack of theaters, the actress is now making a big bet on her upcoming film, Nadaniyan.
Lvavapa to close his screen of Rs 8 crore in India and 12 crore rupees globally
Lvavpa was considered a launchpad for Khushi Kapoor with his co-star Junaid Khan. However, due to the recent release low publicity and limited words, the cinemas failed to attract audiences. The romantic comedy, which hit the screen on 7 February, will soon end her dramatic run with a weak luck.
This is expected to be purified by Rs 8 crore in India throughout the run. As far as the box office is concerned around the world, Helmer of Advaita Chandan will get Rs 12 crore in global markets. Although these are not good numbers for a newcomer, LOVEYAPA is a profitable enterprise for producers due to non-heroic rights.
After Lvavapa, Khushi Kapoor’s eye Nadaniyan
Post Lvavpa’s dramatic run, Khushi Kapoor has high expectations from OTT release, Nadaniyan. Apart from this, the debutant Ibrahim Ali Khan starrer, Rome-Com-com will be premiered on Netflix in February this year. Supported under the banner of Dharma Productions, Khushi is shown as Ibrahim’s on-screen love interest.
Calling, Khushi Kapoor is the younger sister of Janhvi Kapoor. Ibrahim is the son of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh. Khushi, who has only a dramatic release so far, has to go a long way to go to Bollywood.
