Tripti Dimri is working hard to make her dream of becoming one of the most loved actresses of B-Town a reality. Well, she became the national crush of the country with Ranbir Kapoor’s film Animal and rose to fame overnight. However, she is also working with several filmmakers, and one of them is Aneez Bazmee. The two actors have joined hands for the upcoming horror-comedy film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. During a recent event, the Kaala actress revealed that she was very happy when she was offered the film.
Tripti Dimri spoke about her upcoming film at the India Today Mumbai Conclave 2024 held on September 25. The actress said that Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is a great film and an incredible franchise. “I couldn’t believe it when I was offered the role; it was like a dream come true,” she shared, adding that Kartik Aaryan is ‘amazing’ in it but working with her favourite actress Vidya Balan was a delight. She recalled being in awe of her presence on the sets. Without giving away any spoilers about the horror-comedy film, she said that Anees has directed it brilliantly. Pinkvilla has exclusively learned that the makers will release the teaser of the horror-comedy on September 27, 2024.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will clash with Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, as both films will release on Diwali (November 1, 2024). The BB3 team tried to avoid the clash but to no avail. Hence, the filmmaker said in an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, “As a lover of cinema, I hope people watch both Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again on the big screen. It’s the festive season and there is enough appetite to watch both films.”
He further added, “Ajay (Devgn), Rohit (Shetty), Akshay (Kumar) and everyone from Singham Again are very good friends, like brothers, because I have worked with them at one point or another in my career. There have been clashes in the past and there will be in the future.” For the uninitiated, Shetty’s upcoming action film also stars Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor and Jackie Shroff.
