Chandrika Dixit, popularly known as the ‘Vada Pav Girl’, has been announced as the first confirmed contestant of the much-awaited third season of ‘Bigg Boss OTT’. The news has created a stir among fans and followers who are eager to see how the social media sensation will perform in the intense environment of the reality show.

The news was shared by the official Instagram handle of Jio Cinema. They wrote, “Who is the first contestant of #BiggBossOTT3? Visit #JioCinemaPremiun to get a glimpse of this #TeekhiMirchi. Bigg Boss OTT 3 is streaming exclusively on Jio Cinema Premium from 21st June, 9 PM.”

Chandrika Dixit rose to fame with her viral video celebrating Mumbai’s famous street food Vada Pav. Her energetic video soon earned her a huge following on the social media platform.

Anil Kapoor will be seen as the host in place of Salman Khan in the third season of Bigg Boss OTT. Recently, at the press show of the reality series, Anil Kapoor was asked by host Munawar Farooqui what his thoughts were about replacing Salman.

He said, “Munawar, this is a very wrong question to be asked of me. No one can replace Salman Khan and no one can replace Anil Kapoor either. Salman is very happy, I have talked to him about this earlier as well. Let’s not create any controversy, this will keep happening in the Bigg Boss house.”

Bigg Boss OTT Season 3 hosted by the ‘Fighter’ actor will premiere this Friday, June 21.
