Azaad teaser: Ajay Devgan introduces Rasha Thadani, Aman Devgan in period drama
Ajay Devgan’s upcoming film Azaad, starring newcomer Rasha Thadani and Aman Devgan, explores a family’s deep bond with their horse in pre-independence India. The makers released the teaser on 5 November.
Actor Ajay Devgan has released the teaser of his upcoming period film. AzadWhich tells the story of a family’s love for their faithful horse. The film marks the debut of his nephew Amaan Devgan and Raveena Tandon’s daughter Rasha Thadani.
Based on pre-independence India, Ajay Devgan plays the role of a skilled horseman in the film. Deeply connected with his faithful horse. As he escapes the brutal English forces, leaping over ravines, the horse goes missing amid the chaos. His nephew, played by Aman Devgan, is then assigned the mission of finding his lost partner.
After this, Rasha was introduced in the teaser where she was seen looking royalty. It has high-action scenes that have left fans in awe.

Azaad is directed by Abhishek Kapoor, known for films like Kai Po Che, Kedarnath, Rock On and others. The upcoming film is produced by veteran Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor. Apart from Ajay Devgan, Rasha and Aman, the film also stars Diana Penty.
Azad is set to release on the big screens in January 2025.
