By prioritizing the establishment of this music institute, Maharashtra aims to ensure that Asha Bhosle’s technical mastery and artistic spirit continues to inspire future generations of musicians.

The veteran singer was cremated with full state honors at the Shivaji Park crematorium on Monday, a day after she died at the age of 92.
