Apple has finally confirmed the date of its annual fall for the next iPhone series. The Apple event will take place on Tuesday, September 9. Cupertino giants will launch their next generation major phones, possibly the first time the iPhone 17 series with air variants.

Apple CEO Tim Cook announced the date of the event on X. He wrote, “Get ready for a wonderful applevent on Tuesday, September 9” The program will be held in Apple Park of Cupertino, California, as is a tradition for the company.

In the launch teaser, Apple has revealed a blue and yellow glow in the Apple logo, probably pointing to a new feature or highly anticipated new iPhone air variant at the upcoming launch.

The program will be streamted live on Apple’s YouTube channel or Apple website from 10 am, which is IST at 10:30 pm on Tuesday, 9 September.

What is expected from Apple Event 2025?

Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 17 series with a host of new upgrade this time.

According to the rumors of the industry, this year Apple is likely to replace its iPhone Plus variant with a new iPhone 17 Air in line-up. The device is said to have been built at any time made the thinnest iPhone, with rumors to just 5.5 mm thickness.

However, the slim profile is likely to see a decline in battery capacity at about 2,900mAh. 17 Air is expected to pack Apple’s C1 modem, which was previously used in iPhone 16E.

The Pro variant of the iPhone 17 line-up is Rs. It is rumored to be launched. 1,34,990. 17 Pro Max Price Rs. 1,64,990. For reference, 16 Pro Max was launched for Rs. 1,44,990.
