Even though the ceremony was intentionally intimate, the guest list included many prominent members of the Telugu film industry. Megastar Chiranjeevi attended the wedding with his wife Surekha, while Ram Charan arrived barefoot with his wife Upasana Kamineni.
Allu Arjun was also present with his daughter Arha along with family members to congratulate the newly married couple. Other relatives and close associates included Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi along with Pawan Kalyan and his wife Anna Lezhneva.

The relationship between Sirish and Nayanika reportedly started many years ago. According to sources close to the families, the two first met at a function organized in honor of actors Lavanya Tripathi and Varun Tej.
