Ajit Kumar hit a big screen earlier this year in the beginning of this year with the action comedy flick Good Bad Ugly. Since the superstar has not yet announced his next film, an official confirmation cannot be far away.
Will Ajit Kumar’s AK64 be announced in August 2025?
According to a report by Ramesh Bala, the inner source of the industry, Ajit Kumar’s much awaited film, which will be temporarily declared in August 2025, under the title AK64.
Allegedly, industry sources have claimed that Ajit’s film will be controlled by the production house Romeo Pictures. Earlier, the production company invested in Ajit Kumar films like Vishwaasam and Vivegam.
While more information about AK64 is yet to be known, rumors indicate that directors are affecting the Adhik Ravichandran project, which mark the second cooperation of the superstar.
Interestingly, the actor had already confirmed that he would work only during the racing off-season in a film, most likely in the late 2025 and will be released in the early months of 2026.
Before Adhik, Karthik Subbaraj, Prashant Neil, Venkat Prabhu and even the names of various directors such as Dhanush were rounding to work with AK.
Talking about the actor’s motorsport career, Ajit recently launched his team Ajit Kumar Racing. Being the team owner and racer, the crew managed to quit several appreciation after its performance in Dubai and Europe.

Ajit Kumar was last seen in the action drama flick Good Bad Bads. Directed by Edhik Ravichandran, the story of a former crime boss in the film was the story of AK, known as the Red Dragon.
After the birth of his son, the gangster decides to atone for his crime -filled past and serves a long sentence of 18 years in jail. However, on his release, he finds out that his son has been designed for a crime he had never done.
Now, AK should return to his old ways to find out who targeted his son and cleaned his name for all once and all.
In addition to the superstar, GBU had Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Das, Sunil, Prabhu, Prasanna, Kartikeya Dev, Priya Prakash Warrier, Jackie Shroff, Shine Tom Chacko and many in many lead roles. The film is currently streaming on Netflix.
