After Rish Shetty and crew Kantara chapter 1 ignored after the boat during the shoot
A boat caused a boat during the shooting of actor-director Rishab Shetty’s ‘Kanta: Chapter 1’ at the Mani reservoir of Shivamogga. Shetty and crew members were unheard of the incident.

Actor-director Rishab Shetty with his crew ‘Kanta: Chapter 1.’ A boat survived the accident during the shooting.
The incident took place in the Mani reservoir in the Masti Katiy area of Shivamogga district when a boat was located at a place.
According to the shallow region of the reservoir, near an area, locally known as Melina Koppa, the number of any casualties was helped in the number of casualties, PTI Report.
Although Shetty and his 30 crew members were untoward, the cameras and other filming equipment were lost in water.
The Tirathhali police, which assessed the accident, is doing an investigation.

Since last month, the production team has lost three actors to unrelated events, which combines the challenges faced by the crew of the film.
In May 2025, the shooting of ‘Kanta: Chapter 1’ suddenly stopped after the death of a junior artist.
The film is the second installment of the Kannada Action-Three-Tillar ‘Kanta’ (2022). It is a prequel for the film, written and directed by Shetty.
Supported by Homebell Films, and Vijay Kirgandur and Chaluve Gowda, Kanta: Chapter 1 ‘is co-built. It also includes Jairam, Kishore and Jayasuri.
‘Kanta: Chapter 1’ has been slated for release on 2 October 2025.
