Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar welcomed their first child in May earlier this year. The couple made the special announcement on social media. Recently, the actress has given an update about her life after embracing motherhood for the first time.
Today, on September 25, Yami Gautam took to her Instagram handle and shared a stunning picture of herself. The picture reflected the simplicity and calmness that defines her beautiful phase as a new mother. She was seen sitting on a chair amid a breathtaking hilly location and lush green trees. The glow on the new mom’s face was worth seeing as she flashed a bright smile in the warm sun.
Yami had a warm shawl wrapped around her body and tied her hair in a ponytail. She was seen holding a burp cloth in her hands; which perfectly reflects the essence of her motherhood amidst the serenity of nature. Giving a perfect insight into her current life, the actress captioned the post, “Lately life has been all about colourful burp-cloths, some sunshine and trees (with a wave and a red heart emoji) #grateful”.

As one can guess, fans of the actress are overjoyed to see Yami back on social media after a long time. Yami and Aditya worked together in the National Award-winning film, Uri-The Surgical Strike, released in 2019. Later, they got married in a low-key intimate wedding ceremony in 2021 and after three years, the couple announced the arrival of their son Vedvid in May 2024.
Talking about work front, Yami was last seen in the film Article 370 directed by her husband Aditya Dhar.
Meanwhile, her husband Aditya Dhar announced his collaboration with Ranveer Singh for the next big film. The film stars Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna and Arjun Rampal in lead roles. The film is produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar of Jio Studios and Aditya Dhar under his banner B62 Studios.
