Mick Ralphs is no one else. The famous guitarist passed away at the age of 81 after being unwell for many years. The composer is known as the founding member of the band bad company. Ralphs performed his final stage with the band in 2016 and faced mass stroke in the next days.

Later, the artist formed the Bad Company, along with the singer, Paul Roadors. The guitarist went to co-write with his hit track, feel like Makin Love, his friend and band members, Rodgers. The song was initially made for Mot The Huped, but the composer rebuilt it for his new band.

After the band formation, the group expanded as the couple joined free drummer Simon Kirke and former King Crimson Basist and singer Boj Barel.

Tribute to Mick Ralphs after his passing at 81

Mick Ralphs was announced on the official website of the late guitarist after the unfortunate news of being near Mick Ralphs, began to pay tribute to the industry. Members of the composer’s band, Rodgers mentioned in their statement, “Our Mick has passed; My heart only reached the ground.”

The singer added, “They have left us with extraordinary songs and memories. He was my friend, my song writing partner and a wonderful and versatile guitarist who had the greatest understanding.”

Bad Company, Kirke’s drummer also paid his honor to the late guitarist. In his tribute, he wrote, “He was a dear friend, a wonderful lyricist and an extraordinary guitarist. We will remember him deeply.”

In addition, the chief singer of Def Leopard Band, Joe Elliot wrote on his X account, “I just heard the news … completely heartbroken.
